Your involvement could take a variety of different forms:
1:1 Mentoring
Ongoing, sustained 1:1 support to a young person enrolled on a 1Up project
Talks and Q&As
Talk to a group of 1Up young people about particular topic, occupation or interest
Facilitating Introductions
Use of your personal network to further support 1Up young people
Some important things to note
All engagement with young people will be managed and overseen by an experienced member of the 1Up team. Relevant training and guidance will be provided before any meeting takes place
We always work in response to the needs of our young people. This means that joining the collective does not guarantee that opportunities will immediately be forthcoming

How it works
Application
On submission of your application, your profile will be stored securely by 1Up and only accessible to 1Up practitioners working directly with young people
Matching
When a young person shows interest in an area relevant to your profile, you will be contacted by a member of the 1Up team
Training
You will be briefed by the 1Up team on the young person/people involved and provided with relevant training and guidance
Volunteer!
You are now ready to join a 1Up project and become an active member of the collective!
